Hi, I’m Chae! With 20 years behind the chair, I’m passionate about creating customized color and healthy, beautiful hair that fits each guest’s lifestyle and personality. I specialize in dimensional color from bright blondes and rich brunettes to vibrant reds and soft, natural looking blends always with the health and integrity of the hair as my top priority! I believe great hair should not only look beautiful, but feel healthy too. I’ll never push hair beyond its limits, and I take a thoughtful, honest approach to every service to ensure long-term hair health and realistic, maintainable results. In addition to color, I also love creating personalized haircuts designed to complement each guest’s features, style, and everyday routine. My goal is to provide a comfortable, personalized experience where every guest leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and like the best version of themselves. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In order to respect the time of all guests and allow availability for others, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require adjusting or rescheduling your appointment to ensure the next guest is accommodated on time.
Please understand that repeated last-minute cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may result in future booking restrictions or the inability to schedule future appointments.
